In case you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns.
You may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment in deduction of 5% of the total transaction.
You can return the order to our studio or send it via Israel post.
We recommend that any return made to us will be shipped via a carrier that provides tracking information. If a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back, we will not be able to refund you.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in their original condition and their original box.
