Avoid contact with salt water, chlorine, hand cream, hand sanitizer, make-up, and perfume.
All of these can blacken the jewelry over time.
If it does blacken- don’t worry! You can use our guide on how to clean your jewelry and the jewelry will return to its original state.

Sure! Our warranty is valid for one year and covers all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover neglect and abuse, natural wear and tear, or stone loss.

Save your order confirmation email, which is your warranty.

If you want to return your order for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: This return policy does not apply to custom-designed or personalized orders.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Please include your name and order number on the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs charges.

You may also return the products to our studio by appointment.
